On the upper floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms.  All bedrooms have balconies – two double bedrooms and a single. There is a family bathroom with large bath and a separate shower cubicle.

On the ground floor is an open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.  There are 3 sets of patio doors leading to outside balconies and sun terraces.  These patio doors provide stunning sea views. There is also another shower room on this floor.

The 4^th bedroom is accessed by a flight outside steps by the side of the villa.  It is a double bedroom with outside balcony and an en suite shower room. It cannot be accessed from within the villa – it is a separate unit providing extra privacy.

The large private terrace which is accessed from the ground floor patio doors has an infinity pool, sun loungers, patio parasol, dining table and chairs with seating for 6.
