The fourth bedroom is a double with ensuite which has its own separate access from the garden providing that extra privacy.

The living area on the ground floor is open plan with lounge, dining and kitchen. There is sufficient seating for 8 people.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs.
