Our apartment is a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment perched on the hillside within a short stroll of the town centre. From the front balcony you have an amazing vista – panoramic sea views.

Our apartment is light and airy as the main living area has windows on two sides which catch the morning and afternoon sunshine.

The apartment is split over two floors. On the lower floor is the large open living area with lounge and dining area and kitchen. The front balcony leads from this area and has space for dining or sitting out. Also on this level is the master double bedroom which has shared access to the side balcony. And there is a family bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor are a further two twin bedrooms and family bathroom with bath/shower. One of the twin bedrooms has a private balcony.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful area of Kas. It is really nice to have the shops and restaurants at less than 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment and yet when you sit in the balcony it is peaceful and seems quite removed from the town. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and there is wi fi broadband.
