Villa Irena is a spacious 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. The elevated location on the Kas peninsula provides a front-row position for stunning sunsets. The villa is fully air-conditioned and with underfloor heating, for cooler months this stylishly furnished accommodation is just a short drive to local beaches and Kas town centre.

On the upper floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms.  All bedrooms have balconies – two double bedrooms and a single. The family bathroom has a large bath and a separate shower cubicle.

On the ground floor is an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.  There are 3 sets of patio doors leading to outside balconies and sun terraces.  These patio doors provide stunning sea views. There is also another shower room on this floor.

The 4^th bedroom is accessed by a flight outside steps by the side of the villa.  It is a double bedroom with an outside balcony and an en suite shower room. It cannot be accessed from within the villa – it is a separate unit providing extra privacy.
