The villa is set in the Kalkan Kiziltaş area with wonderful views over the bay.  The villa features a spacious sun terrace with a swimming pool, lounging area, and BBQ. The roof terrace provides another lounging area and there you will find the star feature – a jacuzzi bath from which you can enjoy the panoramic vistas as you soak.
The restaurants, cafes, and boutiques of Kalkan old town are within walking distance. It is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor of the villa is the living area. It is filled with light and wonderful sea views to the front from the floor to ceiling patio doors. The area is open-plan with a fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen, dining suite, and lounge area with TV. There is also a shower room and WC on this floor.
The two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom boasts wonderful sea views. A circular double bed holds centre stage and a walk-in closet discreetly in the corner. The room has both a jacuzzi bath and an ensuite shower bathroom. Next door is the twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is street parking by the villa.
